Ed Lawes

I was washing up a mug when the phone rang “…Hello it’s internationally famous Warp label recording star Chris Clark here… you may remember me from such releases as ‘Clarence Park’ and er.. those other ones that were even better but I can’t remember the names of right now, but they had good sleeves. “Hi Chris!” Anyway, in short, Chris recommended me Ed’s music, or his tracks and/or pieces, so I listened with interest when they turned up in my PO Box (scrawled from ‘Chris Clark’s mate’) a few days later. I did like them and so we are releasing them. The cd contains sleevenotes, or tracknotes rather (piecenotes?) which explain the process behind each piece (or track). But they aren’t exhaustive by any means. And Ed will be writing the truly exhaustive story behind all this (I hope) on his future website and you all know how much he can write (talk) on the messageboard. Anyway, for more about the music just listen to the tracks (and/or pieces).
