Mike & Rich

Mike & Rich is the recording alias of Mike Paradinas (a.k.a. µ-Ziq) and Richard James (Aphex Twin). They met in late 1992 when James’s Rephlex label was preparing to release the debut µ-Ziq album. In 1994 they recorded the majority of Expert Knob Twiddlers in Richard’s North London home studio, while a couple of tracks were made in Mike’s mum’s house in South London.
